I studied Physiotherapy in Melbourne, graduating from La Trobe University in 1997 with honours. I have worked in Australia and the UK, predominantly in private practice. I established Physio Freedom in 2006 and my area of special interest is back pain. I also spend considerable time working with our junior physios, offering ongoing professional development and in-service.

Gill Hiscock

I qualified as a Physiotherapist in London in 1984. After 2½ years working in London, I came to Australia. I have worked in a variety of positions, but the last 20+ years have been in private practice. I enjoy treating all age groups and conditions but have a special interest in dry needling, clinical Pilates, hand splinting and the management of lymphoedema.

Lucy Manganiello

I was educated at the University of Birmingham in England and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy. I have worked in private practice for 7 years. I continue to develop my skills acquiring certificates in dry needling, strength and conditioning (ASCA level 1) and weight lifting (AWF Level 1). I enjoy treating all types of musculoskeletal injuries, particularly sports injuries, with a large focus on rehab and return to sport. My hobbies include; participating in Triathlon, Crossfit and weight lifting.

I was educated at Leeds Metropolitan University, England and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy in 2010. I have worked in private practice for 4 years in the UK. I enjoy treating all types of musculoskeletal injuries, particularly sports injuries. I use a variety of treatment techniques which include deep tissue therapy, mobilization, dry needling, strength and conditioning and Pilates. In my spare time I enjoy playing sport and travelling.

Drasti Desai

Drasti Desai

Prior to graduating with a Masters in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports) from University of South Australia in 2019, I worked for 3 years in Mumbai, India. During that time, I worked with National and Elite athletes of all age groups across various sports like Rugby, Cricket, Swimming, Wrestling amongst others.

My key areas of interest include prevention and management of musculoskeletal and sports injuries. I particularly enjoy working on injury prevention, load management and return to sports with a view to assisting athletes or individuals in becoming self-sufficient with injury management.

Outside work, I spend my time playing sports (recent interest in martial arts), reading and travelling. I like meeting different people because I believe it is one of the best ways to learn.

Anna Baker-Campbell

I grew up in Camperdown before moving to Melbourne and studying physiotherapy. There I took an interest in paediatrics and low back pain. Since graduating I have returned to Warrnambool and now, enjoy working with patients who complete their ‘exercises’. My hobbies include netball, surfing and footy. I am also partial to a good brunch.

I completed my Clinical Myotherapy degree at Southern School of Natural Therapies in 2010 and Diploma of Clinical Pilates at Breathe Education in 2017. After working in private practice in Melbourne, Tasmania and Echuca for the last 8 years,

Professionally, I focus on releasing the muscular system and have an interest in pre and post-natal treatment. I am passionate about overall health and wellbeing and how the role of Clinical Myotherapy integrated with Pilates can help achieve and maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.

I am married with 2 handsome boys. I joined the team at Physio Freedom in 2018. I have previously worked in a Chiropractic/Allied Health Clinic for 6.5 years. Outside of work I enjoy playing and watching Tennis. I love going on holidays (who doesn’t) in particular cruises. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.

I am originally from Scotland where I trained as an Occupational Therapist. Clifton Watt and I established Physio Freedom in 2006. Since its inception, I have been heavily involved in the book keeping and payroll side of the business. I am now enjoying a more hands-on role in reception at the Warrnambool clinic.

Jenny MacKane

Jenny MacKane

My previous work experience has been in retail sales and customer service, which I have thoroughly enjoyed over the years. I was the P&F president at my boys’ primary school for 9 years and I have been the WDFUA Secretary/Treasurer for 7 years. I have enjoyed the administration side of these positions. I found my dream job, working at Warrnambool Muscle Therapy and I am now enjoying the new challenge of looking after the lovely clients of Physio Freedom in Warrnambool.

After finishing school, I took a GAP year and spent 12 months living and working in Kent, England. I first joined Physio Freedom in 2013 after living and working in Melbourne for several years. I am married and have 2 beautiful girls. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and catching up with friends, playing sport, gluten free cooking, travelling & photography.

Since commencing employment in 1998 I have worked in administration positions at Tait Taylor Lawyers, Warrnambool Police Station and FlooringXtra/Independent Carpet Retailers. I am married with 4 children and thoroughly enjoy working part time at Physio Freedom Warrnambool.

Sharyn Page

After growing up in central Victoria, I moved to the Western District in 1991 and married a local Penshurst Man in 1993, and we have 2 Children. I have had different reception jobs over years, and in early 2017 I started here at Physio Freedom. I enjoy working with my colleagues and take pleasure in helping our clients. Outside of work, I have a passion for horses, Thoroughbreds in particular, and enjoy watching the ones I have bred race.
